Aboriginal Library Services

First Nation Communities Read is an annual reading program launched in 2003 by the First Nations public library community in Ontario.  The 2016-2017 poster promotes 22 Aboriginal titles recommended for young readers.  The 22 titles are available on the Saskatchewan Single Integrated Library System (SILS) Catalogue and can be accessed by public library card holders from any public library in the province.  If you would like to order additional posters or seek further information on First Nation Communities Read, please visit
