Planning and Development Committee Purpose

The PDC manages the program on behalf of partners in order to ensure proper governance, accountability, relevance, and financial sustainability in the long term. Responsibilities of the committee include:

• collection evaluation and management.
• creating and reviewing program policies.
• communication with partners.
• providing recommendations to partners on long-term program development.
• providing recommendations on financial contributions.
• the implementation of strategic directions set by partners.
• program assessment.
