The PDC manages the program on behalf of partners in order to ensure proper governance, accountability, relevance, and financial sustainability in the long term.
Responsibilities of the committee include:
collection evaluation and management;
review and creation of program policies;
communication with partners;
providing recommendations to partners on long term program development;
providing recommendations on financial contributions;
implementation of strategic directions set by partners; and,
program assessment.
